The product is extremely easy to use – simply apply it directly from the jar using a palette knife to spread onto the surface and allow to dry for 24 hours. These products should be applied over primed surfaces. The thicker the layer applied – the larger the fragments generated and the space between them will be. By using the product in small quantities – you can also simulate these effects on painted surfaces exposed to the elements for long periods of time – such as abandoned vehicles – structure and more.

The variety of colours available makes painting the surface unnecessary. Once the Quake Crackle Creator is dry – you can apply any type of paint or weathering product including acrylics – enamels – and lacquers.
